long wait times, today i was there almost 2 hours for a check up. although the doctors are great some of the staff have became very rude. The lady at the check out look like she was hiding and was hoping I would go away. I'm considering going elsewhere.

Scheduled cataract surgery today and from the receptionist to the scheduler, they were very nice .

Was in and out within an hour.

Dr. Meeks did cataract surgery on both of my eyes in December, 2022, and Dr. Taylor recently did surgery on my eyelids. Both doctors were extremely personable and their medical care was excellent. Every staff member was friendly, with a smile on their face. I have referred several of my friends there and will continue to do so.

I was treated quite well and everyone was friendly and smiling. The experience was positive and the opthalmologist was warm and took me through my eye exam with patience and care. Thank you Dr Meeks.

This one star/ because I can't leave it no star/ is for the out going person name: Brittney /shoulder length hair dark, half the way; with the rest appearing a dark green color; we've never saw before, but she definitely needs to find a way to know how to speak up, so people who are in wheelchairs, and hard of hearing can hear!! My husband told her you need to speak up, I can't hear you, she didn't even try to raise her voice for him at all; she's the ONLY person who has been so rude! her attitude was definitely needing an adjustment, if we see her there next time we come, we will just wait to see someone else! We will not expose ourselves to a rude person who is not even trying their best to do the job they were hired to do! And I say this the nicest way I can! Because someone else was with us and she said also how rude!! As far as everyone else, we give them a, they are super nice! And we thank them for being that way!!!
