My original appointment was set for 10:45, but my friend and I live an hour away so we rode together (her appointment was for 9) once the staff realized we rode together the staff quickly got me in immediately after her and I was out WAY before my appointment time. I appreciate their care and urgency. Even the ladies at the desk was super friendly, I didn't catch my girls name, but she was super sweet and easy to talk to! & the dr his self is very clear in what he explains and doesn't seemed rushed.!

I love the employees at Visionworks! They are all so friendly, and do their best to meet your needs. I can walk in and they will take care of my need, or make an appointment by phone or online. Even when they are extremely busy they do their best to get everyone in and taken care of in a timely manner. They also are great at keeping you informed of any issues or delays that might occur with your glasses order contact order. I am very satisfied with their service!

So far not happy...ask questions.. A LOT of questions. I came in told the doctor my issues of can't read up close on my computer anymore. I STILL CAN'T. $800 worth of glasses, $372 out of pocket after insurance, and still can't see. Also signs everywhere buy a pair get a pair free. Apparently not if you have insurance. The place isn't the same since Value Vision sold out. I wasn't prepared for the EXTREME cost or the fact that they don't help my vision. UNHAPPY that I have to go back in and start this over. I would prefer a full refund, but I can tell that won't happen.

Called to make an appointment, but I wanted to check and make sure that my insurance is still accepted. I spoke with Melissa who informed me that she can't tell me whether or not my insurance is accepted due to HIPAA. I know this isn't true because I have never had any Dr or hospital refuse to answer a simple question about insurance coverage over the phone. Melissa did tell me that if I can get down there before they close at 6:45pm that they can answer my insurance question in person. Needless to say, I will find a different place to get an exam and glasses at. I don't have enough free time to show up in person because Melissa doesn't feel like assistaning me over the phone
