I'm currently STILL waiting to see a doctor, it's been almost an hour past my appointment time. They all have time to laugh and talk and carry on but no time to see patients. If I didn't need new glasses so bad I would leave.

Dr is super rude. Asked a question about my son's eye condition and answered it in the most condescending manner. I was shocked because I have visited his wife's office and she is the nicest. I only went to
Him because my insurance covered him and I just moved to the area and he was closer. If that's the case this time I'll drive to where she practices.

Horrible scheduling. Appointment times for them are suggestions. They schedule too many people. I know that it's a numbers game for them with insurance billing, but they don't consider your time as valuable as their time.

Was told my mom had a mild form of macular degeneration and 3 weeks later nothing they can do for her eyes. Made her glasses she can't see through and told her she'd be able to see good through them. Big time lie. I'd heard they were crappy and I didn't listen.

The doctor always takes me in immediately due to my accident prone nature. He is very caring and thorough in his work. The staff are also A1 and super friendly!

I paid $179.00 dollars and they took 4 weeks to come in then they broke my lenses putting then in. Then they where returned to be fixed and then to top it off they the reading part of the lenses were uneven, so once again off to be corrected. My experience with them isn't over yet but so far I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Now that I've looked around there are tons of places so much cheaper and better service. I'll post more if they're decided to fix this. Wow
