Took my wife for a 3pm appointment. She had to wait 2.5 hours to even be seen. She was then taken to a room for an initial test. She was left in that room and forgotten about, until 2 people had been allowed to skip her. Over 3 hours later, she finally completed her eye exam. When asked about what happened, she was told "it's been one of those days," as the worker shrugged their shoulder and walked away.

I had a appointment in October 2018. After the exam I asked the lady Dr. to write my pupil distance on my RX and she brushed me off saying " the walmart people will do that" and walked away. I have dealt with 3 different Walmart in East Ky over the last 20 years and have had 2 bad experiences. It will be a cold day in hell before I step in a another 1.

Would not recommend. If I could rate 0 stars I would. After waiting almost an hour and a half past my appointment time they finally saw me and said my insurance was accepted. Go over to the retail side to pick out my glasses only to be told that they don't accept my insurance. That's the only reason I went in. To get an exam and get new glasses. My glasses are over 2 years old. Don't waste your time.
