My family had a wonderful experience when we had our appointments at Vision First, St. Matthews. We all saw Dr. Lannon and loved her! She is very nice and was wonderful with my children. Our daughter was there to get her required eye exam before entering Kindergarten and Dr. Lannon helped discover that she was in need of glasses to help her vision. We had no idea our daughter could not see well and thanks to Dr. Lannon she is doing so well in Kindergarten because she can see a lot clearer now! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions with my daughters glasses and gave helpful tips for picking out the right pair for her. We had a great experience at Vision First, St. Matthews!

Amazing customer service! I bought a pair of glasses less than a year ago and I accidentally dropped them and had a couple of scratches on the lens. I called in and asked them if the warranty would cover the scratches. The lady I talked to informed me that she would need to talk to a supervisor but would get back to me. I hadn't heard from them for about a day or two and I called back to check in with them. They were very courteous, apologized for the missed communication and notified me that the lens have already been ordered. From getting my eye exam until now I've had nothing but great customer service with them! I would highly recommend them.
