Doctor very friendly and explained detail of my eye Excam been change , I feel comfortable taking to front desk and doctor . Am always pick up firm glasses from Vision work every years

I was a little skeptical to go to this location because of their rating (3.9) still gave them a chance since it's a convenient location for me. I'm glad I did. I called to inquire about doing a walk in visit that same day. The lady told me they wouldn't be taking any walkins that day because they were short staffed but then she Was like we just had a cancellation how long would it take you to get here? She put me on the schedule. I went, waited about maybe 5 minutes and they took me right in. The staff was really nice and friendly from start to finish although the place was full and busy, the wait was not bad at all even when I had to pick my glasses.

Ashe and Kim were Excellent at the VisionWorks on Breckenridge. Lane location. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience. We were each buying new glasses and were in and out in less than hour. There were no high pressure sales for upgrading to this or that. They were very patient and kind. It was truly refreshing to experience this type of customer service. Five Stars!

If you want to have everything with your order/experience that can go wrong, go wrong... this is the location for you. We went and both of us ordered two pairs of glasses each, after our eye exam and one of the nurse/tech's did not want to accept NO as an answer for the $25 deep eye exam - which should have been my first indication that this wasn't going to go in our favor. I had to almost yell NO just so she would stop bothering me about it. When we were partnered with Kim to order our glasses and have them marked, she was apparently a newer hire, and she screwed several things up. She put my order under my husband's name with his vision specs and glasses, she couldn't figure out how to fix that, then we wanted to use our flex spending account and pay for the rest... well, that was apparently difficult, they didn't mark the glasses properly (which will matter). Finally a manager got involved, provided a discount and said she would "fix" things. Well, it wasn't fixed. One pair of glasses wasn't available at the warehouse and the store was supposed to send the floor model. They pulled the glasses and never sent them (so this will mean another two weeks of waiting), one pair had to be remade while still at the warehouse (these were mine and when I took them back because they didn't fit/feel right, it was confusing because they said I had already swapped them under the 100 day guarantee because they had to be remade and I wasn't even involved in that). So two weeks for the new pair I picked to come in. Then a pair had to be sent back for the lenses to be redone because they were marked wrong. So out of 4 pairs of glasses, we are in possession of 1. I had one pair come out right and fit well. A second pair came in today which is how we found out about the back and forth disaster for the pair that was out of stock. One pair was taken back because the line for the no line bifocal was in the incorrect spot. One pair is stuck in transit because someone couldn't do their job and the third pair was taken in because they did not fit properly. There has been no communication from the store or the manager handling this - unless we have gone in for something, they haven't been informative at all. I have been using this location for years and years. NEVER AGAIN. I took my glasses back to another location because of the dumpster fire the Breckenridge location has become. What is normally a hour or so ordeal, turned into two and a half hours. I am sorry I spent money here and that I didn't explain my frustration with a manager on the original day of purchase. I am just so extremely disappointed in the horrible service and lack of communication we have received. I am a retail store manager and may have set my expectations for receiving solid customer service too high. This location is a disappointment and I am glad I will never set foot in here again.

It's nice that there's always someone to greet you as you walk in the door. Ms. Shayla (administered puff of air in eyes) was so nice! Communicative & friendly, yet professional. Dr. Tabassi was awesome! My appt was later in the day but she showed no signs of lagging & didn't make me feel rushed or like I was her 20th patient of the day. She makes you feel comfortable, is very nice & answered all my questions &/concerns.

Did a walk in to see if they took my benefit, bonus they did. No line no waiting on a Wednesday afternoon. Kind, attentive staff. Efficient confident and frankly just a well oiled team. Way to Wow! From check in thru exam to exit. Glasses were ready in less then 24hrs for me. Thank you for taking such great care of me Visionworks St. Matthews !

Everyone was very accommodating, answering all the questions I had. Worker Meko helped me tremendously when I had trouble deciding what glasses to wear. She knew what my insurance covered and spoke to me like a real person. She made sure to find a pair I felt confident in. I would go to this location again, just for her service.

I have been going to this location for decades. This visit was by far, the smoothest appointment I have had to date. Everyone that works there was kind and professional. The doctor that examined me was professional, thorough, and put me at ease with her kind nature. My appointment was efficient. I went in for an eye exam and contacts. The pricing was fair and so reasonable that I also got a very stylish pair of glasses at an excellent price.
