Everything went smoothly. Wait time was minimal. Doctor Tabasi was very detailed with her exam. Brooke was super friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I got my glasses delivered to another Visionworks out of state because I would be traveling there soon.

This Visionworks office maybe the best in Louisville. I actually traveled 38 miles out of my way. The staff treated me and my daughter with so much care and they took heed to our vision needs. They were very professional and overly excited to assist us in purchasing new glasses. I have the pleasure of utilizing their service on three occasions and I plan on only utilizing this location and staff.

I took both my children 5 & 7, to be examined here at this location yesterday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with professionals! Very nice and up beat, cheering my kids on as they followed the instructions that they were given so that they could examine their eyes correctly. They were very patient with my kids as they both were nervous but show it in two different ways! Thank you!

The staff here is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you greeted with a smile. They are very efficient with getting you in at your scheduled appointment time. One of the managers even sent me a text to follow up on how my appointment was. They're very geared toward customer service and want to make sure you have a great experience at their location. Would highly recommend this location to anyone needing an appointment for any reason!!

I came in with a coupon they sent me in the mail, for two pairs for 99.99. they treated me like I had the plague, I think they flipped a coin to see who would wait on me! I also purchased a third pair with a same attach coupon with 60 percent off, they would not show me a itemized pricing. The third pair basic cheapest progressive lens was 365.00, but the other two pair was 100.00 with progressive. Wow! I will not come back here unless they send me a coupon! Lol. I no where to come to when I want to be treated like shit. Purchasing glasses is a racket. I work construction and I don't want to put a large amount of money on glasses. So if you want to be treated like you have the plague, go to vision works on Shelbyville Rd next to golf galaxy.

I was excited to go to this location as it is closer to my house than Breckenridge. Giving two stars for customer service as the person on the phone was a little rude or had an attitude. Being "nicety" (pretending to be nice) while being sarcastic and rude is always felt when you've worked in and managed customer service yourself. Customer Service sets the tone for a visit/experience. I've never had that experience with any other Visionworks in KY or GA. Other than that, the doctor is great. If my doctor was not there I would definitely have gone somewhere else. I would hate to have to change doctors just to not experience that again.

The staff at this Visionworks is incredible. I was dreading having to go to an eye appointment, but they made it enjoyable.
Justin (general manager) set a positive tone and it was contagious. The best customer service I have experienced in a doctor's office. Everything from check in in a clean environment, the appointment itself, the glasses fitting and everything was executed perfectly.
