I have been going to Dr. Mueller for over 30 years. After Hurricane Katrina I found him in Covington, La and went to him even though I could have found another doctor. Living in Metairie I still go to his office in Chalmette. He is thorough with him exam and answers any questions I may have.

Dr. Muller and his assistants were awesome and helpful. They answered questions we had thoroughly. I would have given 5 stars but the clinic didnt accept my husband's insurance and we had to pay out of pocket. This was told to me prior to the visit.

I went to see Dr Mueller yesterday for the first time and without an appointment for an issue with my eyes. I thought I had allergies, but I have chronic conjunctivitis. He gave me eye drops to use every 3 hours and my eyes are already feeling better. . Overall, I had a good experience there and the ladies were very friendly!

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. I was waiting to be seen, and a man who did not have an appointment walked in and was seen before me. My time is very valuable, and it was frustrating to see someone without an appointment receive priority while I was already waiting. Patients deserve fairness, respect, and professionalism. I hope the office improves how they prioritize and respect patients' time.
