I arrived for my 1pm appointment at 12:50 and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. While waiting, several walk-in customers were greeted and sent in ahead of me. Forty five minute later, I asked one of the employees, Kenya, why walk-ins were being seen before someone with an appointment. She told me that if I was going to harass her, she would call security. I asked to see her manager and she said there wasn't a manger available then she walked out and asked security to remove me. I called Walmart CS and spoke with security who told me I did not have to leave and that they would lodge a complaint against the employee.

Called and asked if the optician on duty was in today. Was dumped into another line unceremoniously, waited for 5 min and 13 seconds of phone ringing, hung up called back, still no answer for another 5 full minutes. Called another walmart store. Same treatment. These people must hate themselves for working at Walmart. Its too bad folks treat each other this way. Its part of the violence and oppression we all live with. If people tried simple kindness they would like themselves better and we'd all have better lives.

Dr. Leslie is a great doctor. She was professional and patient when I had questions. The manager Ms Ashley, helped me by solving an error by going above and beyond the call of duty.
However, Ms Deborah was unprofessional, rude, and has an unkind demeanor. She personally called me to apologize, but still argued with me. Calling a patient for personal matters feels like harassment. I understand she tried to apologize, but a personal phone call was out of line, plus she still tried to argue after "apologizing".
I spoke to Ms Ashley and she assured me it will never happen again. She fixed the situation as best as she could, and I am very grateful for her professionalism.

Went in for exam, everything seemed ok. Before i left she said i would get a call back to see how things were working out with my contacts. Never got a call back, had a few issues with them. I decide to call, they say come in to get your prescription (this is 1 month later) after exam. I go in, place my order for two boxes of contacts with the unfriendly short lady. She tells me they will be at my doorstep in 7 days, nothing comes in 7 days, so i wait to see if maybe they are just out of stock. No one could give me any answers. ANOTHER MONTH goes by, still no phonecalls, or package. I go in, they don't even have my order in the system, instead they put my order under someone'else's name and ship to them. Horrible communication, very disorganized, and unprofessional.

I actually had a really great experience here. My first visit I had gotten an eye check and contacts and my eye doctor was amazing and very knowledgeable. She seemed to care about my health which is crazy coming from an eye doctor. Also came back a few months later to get contacts and they were very helpful. Thank you!

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Rude, not helpful at all. The girl working was a snot nose brat, rude and very unprofessional. I called when I got home to ask a question and the girl refused 5 times to give me her name. Worst service I have ever had. HORRIBLE wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

The office workers here are the worst I've ever had to deal with. Had an eye exam in 2019 and the doctor was great! She has since moved on , and this eye center is always an issue.. scheduling, appointments, no doctors available, stock of eye glasses.. on and on
