My daughter received excellent care at LAFE! Everyone was kind, patient and professional! Dr. Amy was wonderful and explained everything as the exam progressed! Ms. Betty was super with helping Kelly pick out her frames! Everyone was awesome! We have found our permanent eye Doctors! Patricia and family

Nice enough office I had my appointment for an eye exam with Dr. Shelton, but she really missed the mark. She accidentally almost put me in bifocals. When in fact the issue was severe dry eye -I need eyedrops. She just went by the textbook instead of looking at me as a patient individually and her assistant or technician Brittany was more knowledgeable and performed most of the exam herself. I would not recommend going there. It was not a good eye exam and Dr. Shelton, really didn't do a good job. I don't need bifocals. I was having severe dry eye and she gave me an expired free sample of eyedrop's to top it all off. I ended up calling back the next week and the medical technician Brittany was able to answer my questions and concerns a lot better than , the doctor herself. I wouldn't recommend going there; been getting eye exams for the last 40 years of my life. I knew something was wrong at the end when they were just shrugging like leaving it up to me to decide if I needed progressives or bifocals, and oddly kept suggesting I go to another place to buy , or get my frames and lenses, even though mine were covered by insurance at their location, but they had no to little of a terrible selection of frames. None I would be caught dead wearing, and some of the staff was just awkward and weird and said strange things not helpful picking frames out , I don't feel that my prescription they gave me as an accurate. It was such a bad eye exam. I mean, a doctor just have her in the book look at what age group I'm in here experiencing and not think outside the box and just automatically go to oh, you must need to bifocals , so not a quality medical care not a good doctor there if you want an accurate thorough real eye exam go anywhere but here.

Awesome experience! Wonderful staff and so friendly. Very helpful with all my vision needs. Went above and beyond to make my visit a very pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

I've tried to call this place so many times and I've left a voicemail. All I wanted to do was set an appointment, but apparently they don't need any further business.

Doctor here is great and the staff are very helpful with explaining your options to you for the best coverage. Ive been to other eye drs and none compare to this place.

The doctor was awesome and was so patient with my busy body little girl.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VISION.Terrible service. Staff is rude and incompetent. Do not go here they force exams not required.
