Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. At least the gentleman working there suggested the $99/each pair of frames. They were supposed to call me when they came in. Needed these for work. He was off and said he would have someone else call me to tell me they were in. No one ever called me. Also, he didn't have time to fit me for the distance pair of glasses because he was with another customer when I went to pick them up. Now they are falling off my face. Go somewhere else to save time and aggravation.

Due to time constraints, I needed an appointment with with an immediate opthalmologist and went to a doctor outside of Ochsner. However, I will ALWAYS use Harry at the Covington location for ordering my prescription glasses. He's the most thoughtful and considerate specialist when helping the with the selection of glasses understanding my prescription. He's extremely patient and honest with me and it's a rare trait these days. Thank you Harry!

Don't go here. Grumpy OD, disorganized, lab makes mistakes. Acted like I was the problem. Very expensive-50% more than other better, nicer places. Never did get correct prescription.
