Worse place ever to get anything. Try to get trial pair of contacts, they never notified me when they came in. I had to call to find out what the hold up was. Come to find out they were sitting up there for a week. So I ask to women if I could come in Saturday for them and take the class, she said it was fine. I get up there today and am told there is noone there to do a contact class. Hell with this place.

I JUST went in today. Had Savanna attempt to clean my glasses, and she tried to bring them in despite me having a wider head. The second time, the assistant manager simply wiped off my glasses with cloth. My fiance asked him to actually look at the glasses, the asst. manager absolutely did NOT and emotionlessly/coldly told him they were scratched. You can see (if the images are attached) there are no scratches. Chase told my fiance they would cost $200 to fix, despite that never being the price before. They were never that high earlier this year, a few months ago $200 to fix lenses that 1.aren't scratched and 2.were not properly looked at. I had to clean my glasses again with my shirt, and my t-shirt did a much better job.

Ordered my glasses on July 15. Took 2 weeks to arrive which is fine, however, after 3 weeks the nylon wire that holds the lenses to the frame became loose. I know it takes some time to get used to new lenses so when I took them back to have the wire fixed I asked that they check the lenses. Turns out the wrong prescription lenses were installed. Sent them back to be corrected. I called 10 days later to see if glasses were ready as I had been wearing old glasses to tide me over. I was told glasses were ready, I could pick them up. When I arrived, the old lenses were still installed. The tech told me they were still awaiting lenses to come in. The next day I got a call from store saying glasses were ready. I went to store and the lenses were still not installed, I waited while tech installed new lenses. Once installed I tried them on only to discover the lenses were still not correct. I saw better wearing my old glasses. At this point I was told they had put in the lenses as per prescription and there was nothing they could do other than refund my money. I opted for the refund and hope that the insurance company will also acknowledge their refund so I can obtain eyeglasses from another company. For the price they charged >$600 for a pair of glasses you would expect much better quality. I would steer clear of this place when purchasing glasses.

If you have vision insurance, book the exam that is for a glasses and contact prescription. They will not encourage you to do it that way or even inform you about it. I went in for an exam, ordered glasses and then tried to order contacts. I was informed I only had a glasses prescription, not a contact prescription and would need a second exam for a contact prescription. My insurance had already covered the glasses exam, so would not cover the contact exam. They have an exam option for both glasses and contacts together that insurance would have covered, but I was not informed about this option before my exam. They forget that most people don't work in this industry and aren't well versed in the vision/insurance world and just expect you to know it all. I will be finding a new eye doctor who is worried about more than just money.

In and out literally in 30 minutes thanks to Chase! All I had to do was hand him my insurance card and he took care of everything after that. Chase went over some options with me. He actually saved me a least 40% on total purchase by figuring the best options for me. Thanks again!!

Great selection. Most importantly great customer service! Savanah is a wonderful employee you all have. Great work ethic. Don't lose her americas! This would be a mistake. Good workers hard to come by. Especially when It comes to integrity.

Chase is a complete blessing! I've never been helped and treated so kindly. My arm in my glasses broke. I wear bifocal lenses and I type all day so you can imagine. I called and he answered said bring them by and in 30 he had my lenses in new frames, free of charge.
