Optical Shoppe

I had some insurance, which was accepted. I needed glasses with are darkening on the sun. I got them. But after a year and half of wearing them something strange happened to them. To make long story short, they put the cheap and removable film on the lenses. I have bubbles, peeling and although I have -6 vision I see better without the glasses than with them. They give warranty only for a year. They are smart, because the problems are starting after 1 year. They are crooks!!! My glasses made in Poland after 10 years of constant wearing are in perfect condition. I wear glasses all my life and in early 1970s I had transition lenses and never heard that can be done so cheaply. Thieves and crooks!!!!

Not sure where to start but this place is AWESOME!!! I called and spoke with Lisa. I informed her my daughter's nosepads broke and she needed her glasses for LEAP testing. I also told her I was outside. She immediately repaired the glasses and wished my daughter well on her testing. I'm totally blown away by the kindness and quickness that was exemplified. A1 in my book.
