I got the impression they just want to keep me coming to take another dollar. They never did get my prescription right. I ended up having to wear glasses over my contacts and still could not see clearly. I asked if I was a candidate for lasik surgery and was told no. I went for another opinion and was told I was a great candidate. 2 years after my surgery I have never regretted the surgery.

Love Dr Alan! He is very thorough with his appointments and is very efficient! I have to acknowledge his staff as well for being very welcoming and kind. Will definitely be coming to the office for here on out for my annual check ups!

I had my first visit ever here(with my boyfriend), we were both new patients. Everything went really well from scheduling our first new appointments, to getting us back both at the same time, to picking out the frames. Everything went very smooth, and Dr. Alan was very thorough and efficient. We will be returning patients!

Exceptional eye doctor Dr.Alan Pradillo and his daughter as his staff. Very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend Hammond eye clinic for your vision care needs.

Doctor is great. Staff is very rude, mostly the old Karen who helps you chose frames and sizes you... it takes all of 5 minutes, but she makes you sit and wait and wait on her time. then she's just straight rude. I had to come back 3 times just to be sized. I will be going elsewhere, it doesn't seem like they have many customers. I wish I could give a half star, or no star at all. Rude to children who are just sitting there waiting. Doing nothing wrong, looking in the mirrors. Just like all the other comments. The stuff are beyond rude.. But the doctor is great.

I cannot say enough good things about Hammond Eye Clinic. From the ladies at the front desk being friendly to the staff taking the time to do their jobs and answer any questions I had, to the eye doctor--she was the most thorough eye doctor I have ever had in my life.

I used to come here when I was around 12. I am colourblind and have a double astigmatism(as found out at a new and better place). The last time I came, it was my brother taking me 6 years ago before he went back to his military base. The actual male optometrist, he was great!!!! It was the female staff was horrible. The receptionist was beyond sarcastic with everything, and the lady who fit your glasses was down right terrible!!! I'm a female, yes. However. I was an extreme tomboy when I was 12. I wanted a pair of frames from the males section. They appealed to me more(still do!). Their shapes fit my square face much better and they didn't have that weird cat-eye curve that female glasses have for some reason. As I was looking at them, the lady SNAPPED at me, a TWELVE YEAR OLD KID, and told me girls weren't allowed to look at the men's and that I was a dyke. It's been 6 years now, so I hope she was fired.
