The staff @ Eye Care LA are wonderful. I can see why Dr D chose to hire them. Ms Paula chose some frames for me because my eyes were still dilated. I couldn't be happier. Everyone @ both locations on Corporate Dr. in Houma gets a 12 on a scale from 1-10! Y'all are the bomb! Thank y'all very much for your assistance, knowledge , personalities & opinions on the frames.

2nd year in a row and my script is wrong, sadly, not sure why. First time, they forgot to add my bifocal exam which I didn't realize that I was supposed to have done until I couldn't see out of my new glasses and the receptionist figured it out, so then this year I was giving a trainee I guess you call them, new comer and now I get my 2nd pair of glasses only for them to be blurry near and far and so now she recommends me do eye drops for dry eyes for a week to see if that helps fix it, then go back in Monday again and hope for the best i assume. They are the sweetest people ever, and very professional in every way but I'm getting exhausted going back and forth as I stay on the opposite side of town. Hoping Monday brings better results

My 32 year old daughter had an appointment today at 2.20. Thy lady That took her information was very nice I informed her that my daughter had Tourette's. She said that wouldn't be a problem. We were then brought into a room. The tech started the exam. It was taking a while. He was going over the same thing. His voice started sounding like he was aggrivated and my daughter heard it also and her tics started getting bad.I don't know what was going on because he didn't explain anything. The virtual appointment with the dr. Was hay Tanya , how are you doing. Then the tech gave the dr .her exam results. The tech nor the dr. said how the exam went. Just sent us to pick out frames. I know people don't understand Tourette's, but compassion goes a long way . If a person with Tourette's is uncomfortable in a situation , their tics will get bad in a minute, and that's what happened.

Eye La is amazing!! The interior design gives you that welcoming South Louisiana feel. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and within a minute of signing in a technician was taking me to the back for my Telehealth eye exam. Sarah did my exam and she is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah explained everything to me throughout the exam. The technology they have is amazing!! Sarah showed me what the inside of my eye looks like and explained what exactly I was looking at!! I then talked to Dr D on the iPad and he carefully reviewed my exam. Then Sarah brought to optical where they have a very large selection of glasses and sunglasses. Megan was very friendly and helpful. She helped me with finding the perfect glasses and she also ordered me some contacts. Everyone at Eye La is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I would also love to give Sarah a 10 star but unfortunately the rating only goes up to a 5 star.

Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable.My technician Brook was everything and made my kids very comfortable. We love it there .I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for eye care.

Eye LA is awesome! Each time I was seen, it was very quick and very thorough. I was seen once in their telehealth clinic and loved it. Instead of waiting months for an exam, I opted for the telehealth visit. It was very thorough and quick. I have seen Dr. Guidry as a patient as well. He was quiet when he first walked in the room but he was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. The optical side is also pretty great. They are very helpful and super nice! Will schedule with EYE LA again!

I cannot say enough nice things about Eye LA. The office is very spacious and decorated with a south Louisiana theme. Kaylynn checked me in and did my paperwork. She is so sweet and made doing paperwork quick and easy on the computer. Emily called me to back before I could even sit down to start my Telehealth appointment. She took pictures of my eyes and explained everything thoroughly. My exam was quick and easy. Dr. D. was called on the iPad and discussed my exam with me. Megan in optical was so nice and helpful. She was able to get me a trial pair of contact to test before purchasing. My whole experience was better than I imagined!
