Five stars without hesitation I absolutely love this eye doctor clinic. From the moment you call to the moment you walk out the door, you're treated with kindness and professionalism. The entire team is warm, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to help with everything from choosing glasses to explaining the whole process clearly and thoroughly. Glenda was amazing as always. She was so helpful and kind on the phone, and just as wonderful in person. She made everything easy and stress free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care and an even better experience!

I can say I worked for my eye dr for years. Always had a great crew working. Picked up my husbands glasses today, I had very unfriendly encounter at the front desk, customer service from the general manager and the person dispensing glasses didn't even say a thing but handed me a bag. We will no longer do service with the Houma location.

Was in and out in under 30 minutes including exam, consultation, and glasses ordered! Very nice team!

Dr. Fatima was truly amazing!!! She was very nice and so sweet!! She also was very personable, knowledgeable, attentive! She took care of my girls and provided the best care! We love her and can't wait to return!

Cheyenne was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She understood the computer system and how to navigate the insurance process. Staff was very kind and personable. I found a quick appointment and it went flawlessly. Will be back again.

Dr Fatima Qureshi is very rude & unable to fulfill simple requests. It is a very unprofessional environment. Would not recommend MyEyeDr. in Houma, LA.
