Be aware, if you're planning to get contact lenses only, this place will rip you off. They also give you no warming before hand what their specific costs will be. They tell you about all the extra costs when you're already at the office... For instance, I was aware that this appointment was a virtual appointment, that was disclosed beforehand. I had no issue with that. I got to the office and I was told about $44 extra cost for the retina exam. Okay, we'll that's not too much. However, 5 minutes in into the appointment they tell me they have a contact fitting fee for $125- $165. That was never disclosed before hand, but I was already there. I should have walked out right there and then. Afterwards, once the virtual exam was concluded and my contact lenses prescription was settled, they asked me how many boxes of contacts I would want to order. This came as a surprise, I've been wearing contact lenses for the 15 years , every single optometrist has first ordered a trial pair for me first, instructing me to wear it for about a week and then , after I was satisfied with the wear, they would proceed to order a full box. This is actual common practice. So , I asked, can I get a trial pair first just to make sure that is the correct prescription for me ?. They said they couldn't do that, that I would have to buy a whole box first. Mind you they want you to buy the whole box from their specific office. They specifically said Im supposed to buy the whole box, and they will request an extra trial pair with the full purchased box. That I could return the box in case the trial pair didn't work out as long I kept the box sealed. Okay , I was already tired so I said yes of course. However, they communicated to me that for two boxes ( 1 per each eye) , in total, it would be about $284. Which is an astronomical price for someone that already has insurance. And it was just 1 single box per eye. At that moment while I was in the office I went online to 1-800 contacts, without insurance a single box for my specific prescription was less than $70. And that's not even with applying my insurance benefits!. So I declined buying the contact boxes there. Finally, the refraction cost at $50, the contact fitting fee of $125, the comprehensive exam at $175, and the retina screening at $44 all came out to 394.00. Thankfully, I have decent insurance, so my final cost was $170.25 I could not imagine not having the private insurance I currently have and going there. Furthermore, I was seen by Dr. Timothy Leach as the virtual optometrist, his demeanor was not very kind, very quick , and had not been originally communicated that I was there for contact lenses , not for glasses. I don't understand how this place is still in business. The receptionist lady was very nice and I could tell she was actually trying to help me, she even spoke to her manager about the high costs. The manager never came to explain these things to me. And of course, I understand not even the manager is the one setting up the prices. This is all just corporate greed. At least inform your patients of the costs upfront, be transparent, tell us what to expect before hand.

Worst experience ever , more than a month to get my reading glasses And the screw came loose, and I took it to have them fix it, but it came loose again. In the end, they told me they were going to give me another frame, which I would receive in two weeks. Two weeks have passed, and now they're telling me I have to keep waiting. I recommend you don't go there.

I love this place. The staff always takes GREAT care of me. Sheena taught me how to put my contacts in and take them out. I was having an issue taking them out but she was so paitent with me, I finally got it! She also assisted in my virtual eye exam. She kept me informed every step of the way as to what was happening. It helped calm my nerves. Thankful and blessed to have her. Same appt, Chris was so kind and helpful in the pre-exam. He also took the time to help me pick out frames. He was very helpful and I'm very appreciative of his thoughtfulness and kindness. Last but definitely not least, Ms. Renita got my new glasses lined up and ready to be made. She also assist me in setting up my next appointment. She was paitent with me. I didn't feel rushed or pushed aside. She took her time which again made me feel very important. Every one of these employees cared. They're all assests to this company and should be recognized as such. I highly recommend this location for your eye exam needs.

I got my appointment yesterday for both myself and husband for today. When I respond confirmation call today they were not able to pull up my husbands appointment but the lady at front desk with blond short hair was amazing from beginning to end. She helped us big time recreating our appointment along with helping our insurance pulled up. However I can't say the same for the technician lady there. First of she is not informative nor nice. She doesn't explains the process and only tell you what she is about to be doing and don't blink. When she was taking my retinal picture she asked me to find blue eye and don't blink and continued you will see green light. Here we go I figured shortly after green light my own and of course I'm blink due to flashing light that I got my self caught off the guard. She puffed at me and said we need it again and don't blink this time. I asked her if I needed to press in order to get the green light and not blink ? I'm super confused at that point but she is not very informative anyway she said next she will take my eye pressure. She says this will come close to your eyes don't blink here we go again yes machine came close but puff something to my eyes and then again of course I blinked. She didn't inform me once again. I mean I get it you are a tech and do this all day long however I don't get this treatment every day and I don't know of it. She tried again I blink after the puff she said it's not gonna work she said if I see a eye Dr I can avoid that step. Lady of front desk help me to find another provider another location thank you so much. I got confirmed my appointment with them. I researched and also asked the lady on other location both Google and her let me know is ok to blink a little while taking the pressure. Well thank you for wasting my off day ms technician hoping not to be back to this location and you need a glass of wine or a massage. Disappointed experience.

I made an online appointment. (Saturday for 1pm). I took a picture of my appointment confirmation. I went to the appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early.The receptionist stated that I was not in the system. I showed her my picture of the appointment. She made me a chart and told me the Dr. was running 45 minutes late but I would be seen. I looked around and waited my turn. I overheard the receptionist tell this lady that the 12:30 pm patient was an no show.About 1:20pm a lady came from the back and I could hear her and the receptionist discussing why I was there. The lady then told me that my appointment would have been a virtual appointment. I told her no one mention that to me and how can you do an eye exam/contact exam without a physical Dr. present? She said it's just like having a Dr. sitting in front of you . (No it's not) Then she said that the Dr. had already logged off and I couldn't be seen and need to reschedule. I told her that was not acceptable and I wanted to get the manager or Mr.Eye information so I can address it with them. She said she would have someone contact me and look into the situation so it will not happen again. I told her it will not happen to means I will go to another place. Saving you are sorry over and over is just an excuse!! I went to a better competitive eye facility and was seen that afternoon.
