America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Had a great visit at America's Best this morning. Opted for the remote Doctor. Sandra completed all my pre-exam tests. She was amazing! So sweet! Doctor came online & exam was quick & easy. Eryka was so nice & helpful, very informative - got me fitted for new frames & contacts. Everyone I encountered was super friendly, overall a very positive experience!

I can't say enough good things about Desmond's optometry practice! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole experience comfortable. But the real star of the show is Desmond, who is not only a skilled and knowledgeable optician but also genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly explains everything, down to the Eye Care Club that I had no idea about prior to my appointment and that I immediately purchased at a good price, and ensures you feel comfortable and confident in your eye care plan. Whether you need a routine eye exam, new glasses, or contact lenses, you can trust that you're in excellent hands. I highly recommend Desmond's practice to anyone looking for top-notch eye care with a personal touch! He is located at the Ambassador location so please don't hesitate to stop by and see him!!

Desmond was truly amazing. This is not my first time buying glasses at America's Best but it was the first time working with Desmond. He was super knowledgeable of the products. He made sure that I didn't feel rushed and was comfortable with the glasses I was getting. If I had second thoughts he would make sure to listen to my concerns and solved my problems. I felt spoiled at his attention to detail. He took the extra effort to find my receipt for my last purchase to make sure I got all of the same features for these glasses. In doing so, I was able to see with how much I paid last time for one pair of glasses and he was able to get the same price but for 2 pairs. I will be going to Desmond at America's Best on Ambassador Caffery from now on.

Got an appointment for eyes exam at 12:50pm. Because of the traffic I went in late around 1:05pm. So they had to reschedule me to 3:20pm which is fine and understandable despise it looks empty there. Coming back at 3:10pm check in and I sit there for more than an hour. Still not getting service. Meanwhile ppl behind me and the guy had appointment after me were already taken care of. And finally the lady came out and asked me "this is you?" As if she just recognized she had my file. And the remote doctor didn't take me so they have to assign to a different one. By the time all of this done I got out at 5pm. Almost 2h for an eyes exam ?? Why would they rescheduled me if I have to wait for that long anyway. They have never been the best but they were doing ok. But after today I would never come back again despite using their services for more than 10 years.

I had a great experience, during my eye exam the doctor was very knowledgeabl. And the associate Desmond had a great personality and was also very helpful.

Love it here. Everyone is always kind and extremely helpful. Today i stepped in right at closing and they still assisted me with no issues. And thank you to Desmond for not giving up on fixing my frames!
