Armand Eye Care

This is a review of the optical department. I was fortunate to get Lindsey to help me with the purchase of new glasses. As a scientist I had done a lot of reading about the various eyeglass materials and the technical aspects of each. I came to Armand because a manufacturer website indicated that Armand carries the brand and material I wanted: a certain thin, hard progressive lens. When I discussed what I was looking for with Lindsey she understood my needs and was conversant in the technical aspects of all the choices. She steered me to the best choice and ordered the lenses for me with the frames I provided. She did an excellent job fitting the frames for me as well. I was also surprised when I paid less here for better quality lenses than the ones I purchased last year elsewhere.

I arrived around 20 minutes before my appointment, but they went ahead and got me checked in. Only had to wait around 15 minutes to get called back for all the pre screenings. After that the doctor arrived fairly quickly. All said and done I was finished with my exam in about 20 minutes. When I went to pick out frames the people there were very helpful. The only negative thing I could say is the selection was a little limited. But what they did have was good quality. All in all a great experience.

Friendly and competent staff, competitive prices. I definitely recommend it! The name of the business used to be LaCombe Eye Center. It changed to Armand Eye Care on January 1, 2022.

Great experience! Dr. Armand and team got me in quickly (same-day!), performed my exam efficiently, and gave a thorough (but easy to understand) explanation for everything. My glasses were ordered the same day and came in very quickly! There were clear expectations set for costs and what my insurance would cover and what I would pay for if I wanted extra - no surprises! Amazing service and glad they are here!

She displayed remarkable expertise by accurately identifying the necessary adjustments with just a single glance. What's even more impressive is that she generously provided the adjustments for my new frames, despite the fact that they were not purchased from her establishment. I am truly impressed by Bailey's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result, I am confident that I will return to her for all of my future glasses needs.

The walk in clinic and half a dozen eye Dr's wouldn't give me the time of day when my eye was inflamed and leaking today. These folks did and Dr Sara Armand took good care of me. They earned my business and future recommendations. Thank you

Called a 9:15 am with something in my eye, by 1:00 pm I was leaving the office. Very quick and still very thorough for a last minute appointment.
