I couldn't be seen due to insurance issues, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was amazing. She took the time to help me find other options for my son and truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them based on that interaction alone.

My daughter saw the doctor in February. She over paid at that time. I called and they issued a refund. 3 months later they sent a bill. I called and was told that it was an over site. We received another bill every month for the next 4 months. I called each time and no one could explain why I received it. They said someone from ins would call, but no one ever did. The next month the bill came again with 2 fluorescent stickers saying final notice. This office is unorganized and I would not recommend anyone going.

The wait time to get an appointment was 2 days. I am having eye trouble so they got me in promptly. This office was in an extremely nice neighborhood and very clean. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The glasses are of high quality, carrying my favorite brands. The Doctor was nice and thorough, taking her time with me. Every aspect of my visit was wonderful. This is my favorite place now. Definitely will return.

I had a great experience. These guys know their stuff and made sure to steer me to the best option for my needs. Love the front desk and Dr. Goudeau is such a professional, knowledgeable person and took care of me.

I called in July because my left eye was losing sight. Got set up with an office visit and was given amazing care. Front office is full of informative and helpful people, and the optometrist and her assistant were extremely attentive to my needs. Thanks to them, I was able to catch the suspicion of Multiple Sclerosis and have it properly diagnosed. Ever since then, I have had the most amazing care from LA Specs. The whole team is compassionate and thorough. They listen and give great medical advice. I'm incredibly grateful for the care I've received over the last few months. My eyes are in good hands!

LA Specs is a fantastic optometry clinic and boutique. The staff is professional and friendly, and Dr. Guidry is knowledgeable and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything, ensuring you leave with a clear understanding of your eye health.

Today was my first visit and Dr. Guidry was very kind and welcoming. She took the time to explain the changes she was making to my prescription and how it would benefit me. Her staff was very friendly, too, and took extra care ordering my new lenses to make sure everything was put in computer correctly. I'll definitely be back for my next eye exam!
