My daughter has seen Dr. Lukasko for 8 years and she's great. However, the front office staff is rude and move appointments from when you schedule and expect you to just make it work. We scheduled her appointment a year ago at her last visit and I have the printed confirmation card that says 3:30pm but now they are saying her appointment is 30 minutes earlier. We cannot make it earlier without checking all of our children out of school and they refuse to honor the time even though I have a printed card and they never called to ask to change it and the next appointment at that time is 2 months from now. We will no longer be patients of this office.
