Today's Eyecare

Excellent customer service! I brought in my elderly Mother for her first visit today and the staff were great with her. I would like to give an extra thank you to Kallie who was very patient and kind to help ensure my Mom felt comfortable throughout her visit.

After having surgery and having to get my glasses corrected. Was recommend to this place. Needless to say I should have asked more questions than "are my lenses going to be the same?" I was told by two different people that work there that they will be the same....not true come to find out. I had transition lenses and now they are trying to say I have to pay more for that when two people that represent this place assured me multiple times that they would be the same just different strengths. Sounds like a racquet to get more money from customers when they have already done the work saying we can't do anything to help...definitely stay away from here. The manager "Shawnisa" not sure of the spelling because she refused to even give that! WOW!!!-------Reply to them: They already up charged and can not explain why they want to charge more....SCAM!

Great experience! Everyone is friendly, staff is knowledgeable as well as the appointment went quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a horrible experience at Today's Eye Care. My eyes had been itchy for several days, so I decided to visit this clinic for help. I met with Dr. Guidry and explained my issue, but to my surprise, she didn't ask me a single question about my symptoms or address my concern at all. Instead, she immediately conducted a test to prescribe me contact lenses, something I have never worn before and did not request. It quickly became clear that she was more interested in selling me contact lenses than in actually caring for my itchy eyes. In the end, I left with contact lenses I didn't know how to use, even though I already own glasses and had no need for contacts. To make matters worse, they owed me a refund. I waited over two months but never received it. I eventually went back and settled for taking glasses instead, since they couldn't provide my refund. Yet, even after that, they still owe me money. It's now been almost two more months, and I still haven't received the remaining refund. I would never recommend this clinic. They showed no genuine concern for my health, only an interest in making a sale, and their handling of my refund has been unprofessional and unacceptable.

My little enjoyed her visit. She was seen very quickly despite us having to fill out paperwork. Staff and Dr. were pleasant.

Very bad experience I came on time , after checking with the doctor, it's time to look up for frame , the nurse told me to hurry up I have only 10 minutes to make up my mind, because the about to close. I have to rush, to get the frames and I checked out with out looking at the receipt, I was charged 677 dollars with my insurance!

i had the best experience here! they got me in for an appointment within a few days, were able to get my glasses to me for a very very reasonable price, and the wait time on them to come in was extremely short! 100% recommend Todays Eye Care for any vision needs!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and sweet. The service and exams were extremely efficient. I was quite impressed with the process and how well/quickly it flowed. We had been going to a previous provider for years. When Today's Eyecare fitted my daughter with new contact lenses, all she kept saying was "wow! These are so much nicer and comfortable! The old place we used to go to fit me with lenses that were never this comfortable. These contacts feel better made and quality is better." Everything was explained to us thoroughly! Definitely worth the hour drive!!! I'll definitely be back with my other daughter.
