They will not answer phone. My can hardly see so I'm in Houston Texas trying to get the information. She's supposed to have a procedure tomorrow and nobody can help me with anything. Nobody knows anything. She's got an abscess tooth and she wanted to make sure that's OK but nobody I'll talk to her. How can you stay in business? No wonder you have such a low rating. I guess things were different over there because they don't work like this here.

They're full of crap.
I recently went in to try to have some cataracts removed and they refused to do the surgery.
.The reason they gave is my health condition, but I know damned well they do surgery on people who are in far worse shape than I am.
I don't know what their real reason is, but I feel that I have been discriminated against, and will be pursuing legal action against them.

They have a wonderful staff, always makes sure you are comfortable. My daughter has to have lazar treatments and she can go through them without being afraid, they always address any and all concerns we might have. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an eye doctor.
