I went to Visionworks for my contacts exam and had a great experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment online. Dr. Kimberly Lewis was very accommodating, kind, and answered my numerous questions. The nurse who took my eye tests was also very kind as well. No long waits, I was thankfully in and out quickly. Order was placed for my daughter's glasses on 2/2/26. They were supposed to be ready on 2/16. On 2/16 I call to check because the status online reverts to "Pending". Office says order is lost or the glasses are lost but it's being pushed through again & expedited and should be ready in a week so 2/23. It's March 2nd now a week past the extra week I was told I would have the glasses. The online status saying I would have them by 3/3 at the latest now has gone away and a new one now says 3/10. It's been a month since I have ordered the glasses. I called twice last week for an update. Each time being told they will email the lab and call me back. I received no call back. This needs to be resolved immediately and I am hoping this review results in some action other than "emailing the lab".
Update: they made it right financially and the glasses finally arrived. Staff was friendly through it all..local staff was great so I bumped them up to 3 stars. Offsite lab needs some work.

Exam went smoothly and the examiner addressed all of my needs and concerns. The sales associate was great at offering all of the items I needed. Walked in looking to get 1 pair of glasses and left with three. Staff were all very accommodating and knowledgeable. Exam was phenomenally done and the employees were super nice and cared about me and my eyes! What I don't understand is why they pull authorization needed and was pulled for all services even when I told them I might go somewhere else to get glasses! So now I have to get them to redo it all so I can go somewhere else! I don't understand why they do that! Is it due to money cuz yall make a killing off glasses.
