Im impressed with the staff. I called and spoke with Bella. She listened to me, helped me with ant questions I had and scheduled my appt right away. She was a pleasure and refreshing to get someone treat you like a person. If the doctors are as helpful as she was, then I picked the right place

Please do not go here!!! I scheduled an appointment for my son on 6/19/2025 and the earliest appointment was 9/11/2025 in which I agreed. On 9/9/25 I received a text stating that his appointment was being canceled because the doctor retired. I call and spoke with Kelly who was able to reschedule my appointment to 9/16/25 which was okay. Then, I received a called back from a front desk clerk rudely stating that the provider does not see children under the age of 5 and she proceeded to go back and forth with because of their mistake. I waited 3 months for them to tell me my son could not be seen because they were waiting for new providers to be hired. I could have searched for a new PEDIATRIC ophthalmologist, yet they scheduled him with someone they knew who was retiring and canceled his appointment, rescheduled the appointment, and then tell me he can not be seen because of his age. They are unorganized, RUDE, will talk over you and is not on one accord. Please find somewhere else to go because they will give you the run around.

Best eye care associates hands down. Staff is very polite and a pleasure to meet. Had my glasses adjusted a few times with no problems.

I have been going to Eyecare Associates for years, and I must say that the level of professionalism and hospitality is second to none. I've never had a bad experience there. As for the wait times, I appreciate it because that lets me know that the Drs. are well-knowledged and skilled in providing the right services to correct our vision. Dr. Guanieri is straightforward and tells it to you without sugarcoating. It's sad that I have to find another eye Dr since he's out of the office now. I'd recommend him to anybody

My family has been patients many years. We have seen all of the physicians, surgeries,glasses,exams. They are all a wonderful group. Everyone in office are sweet and hard working. Very sad that the good old Dr's are retiring.

I had a 7:30am appointment. Checked in at 7:20am, no other patients there. I got called to the back at 8:20am, completed 2 test and left at 8:50am. The tech who gave the test said he doesn't know why they schedule patients for 7:30am as he doesn't get in until 8am. This is so unprofessional.

Dr. Guarnieri and his staff, especially Brittany are AWESOME! It was my first ever visit to an eye doctor. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me so I could understand my changing eyesight...glasses in my future!

Everyone is so professional and make you feel welcome. The doctors take tine with their patients and explain in details and do not use words you don't understand with explanations. They all make you feel as if you are very important to them. They do tests and exams as well as use instruments I have never seen before and I have been doing to eye doctors all of my life. I will recommend them to anyone.
