Dr was very thorough & explained what's going on so I could understand. So many Drs talk medicine like everyone understands. I would see her again & recommend her.

Was called to the back at 9:00. I arrived at 8:07! Was told because I didn't arrive at 8:00 is why I was seen at 9:00. So for Heavens sake don't be 7 minutes late. When I went up at 9 o'clock to find out what was taking so long, the receptionist said you checked in at 8:30 no ma'am I did not check in at 8:30. I walked up to this desk at 8:07 then she said oh they're probably coming to get you right now so the lady brought me in the back and I was asking why was it taking so long for me to be seen it's 9 o'clock and she started arguing with me telling me that the reason why I had to get seen at that time is because I was seven minutes late if I would have arrived at approximately 8 o'clock, I would've already been seen so again please don't be late. OK when that optometrist came in she was talking so fast I really really felt rushed. I am on my way back to her again because the problem that I went to go see her for is still there.

Love seeing Dr Genny every year for my eye exam for glasses and contacts. She's super sweet and caring.

Service was great. Dr Vo and her assistant were both professional and excellent in serving me !

My appointment went very well. All of the staff was very professional from the check-in staff to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answer all of my questions.
