$79.00 special, look at the receipt, see for yourself, so, when picking up my eye glasses , I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for my eyes to adjust to the new prescription, time passed and my right eye never adjusted to the reading section on the lens, I take them back to be fixed, guess what, was told 30 days had passed already and I couldn't return them, mind you, over $400.00, out of pocket, I was told that I needed to find an optometrist to have my eyes dilated to make sure my eyes were ok and then return so the could make the correct adjustment, HELL NO, im never going back and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND, this company.. PS. It took 6 weeks to receive my glasses

I normally shop in Slidell and love the ladies there. I happened to be in Marrero and my glasses broke so I stopped in and met Suzan. She was amazing. I was greeted and taken care of with a smile. It's wonderful to know that no matter which store I go to I can get great service. I travel a lot so Stanton Optical will always be my eyeglass home. Thank you Suzan for making my day so much better. You are the MONDAY MVP!! Just don't tell the ladies in Slidell (Inside joke).

Avoid ordering glasses from this place. Good costumer service until was time to receive my mother sunglasses. We received a tracking number that didn't work. I contacted them and I was told to contact the shipping company. You provided a tracking number that doesn't work but is my job to call them to fix the problem? What about verifying tracking numbers prior to giving them to customers? We are still waiting for the sunglasses. Update: issue resolved but still waiting for the glasses. I would highly recommend to change the shipping company. FedEx is less complex. Follow up July 07: I ended up paying 100.00 to buy a set with another company while I still wait for a reorder of this glasses. The glasses from the other company are already made and they are on their way... This order is getting remade. We don't have a new order tracking number, not efficient process.

I came in at 4:30 desperate to get glasses for my young son-in-law who had a stroke and is losing his vision. He just needed something for a couple of weeks until his eye surgery. Corey at the Marrero location was so kind and got me 2 pairs of glasses for less than a hundred dollars and I went home with them in less than an hour. Truly so thankful for his help and compassion. Hard to find that type of service these days. Thank you!

My experience was horrible!!! After getting my first pair From the Metairie location, I go back to this location, I paid to have my eye exam redone. That's when it came back different from the first time sat there picked out my lenses. The lady handed me paperwork and stats "oh our lab is down Your glasses is gonna be ready November 5" Then I stated these glasses are making me feel sick as if I'm going to throw up and I have a very bad headache Another lady says " Oh well, you can kinda see out of those" The customer service was horrible And I feel like they just played in my eyes!

Suzan was amazing & so friendly ! She helped me pick out frames and even got my glasses done same day!! I wish I had 10 stars to give her -Ace

Concern Regarding Eye Exam and Pricing Misleading Advertising I recently visited your location for a vision exam for my son. The only reason I chose your service was the advertised promotion: $79 for an eye exam plus two pairs of glasses. I even scheduled appointments with other doctors as well, just to compare where my son would feel more comfortable and to ensure the most accurate vision results. However, my experience was disappointing. Once we were inside, the staff began emphasizing that my son's vision was very poor and that he urgently needed higher-quality lenses. This upsell approach quickly escalated the cost to over $500, which completely contradicted the promotion that brought us in. After I mentioned that we had Medicaid, the price was lowered, but I still ended up paying around $260 which is nowhere near the originally advertised $79 deal. To make matters worse, I still haven't received the glasses. I also took my son to a different, in-house physical optometrist (not a remote one like at your store), and the prescription was completely different from what your doctor gave. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your exams and the practices of your location. Lastly, when I initially told your staff I only wanted the eye exam and would choose glasses later, I was told it would be $115 not $79. That felt misleading, and it gives the impression that your advertising is just bait to bring customers in before switching them to higher prices. This experience was frustrating, confusing, and felt dishonest. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make your pricing and services more transparent for future customers.
