America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I seen Ciera first. She is a delightful person. She has a great smile and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Vu is a very professional doctor who explains everything to you in detail. He is definitely in the right field. I appreciate his thoroughness. Considering how extremely busy he is, he still speaks with you and makes sure you understand what is needed. Melinda was the last I was to see. She walked me through the glasses, prices, and breaks everything down for understanding. I truly appreciated the time that was taken out for me. Great team and wonderful personalities. I did see the lady at the front counter when I walked into the eye are center, but, I unfortunately didn't get her name. She is very helpful and soft spoken which was really nice. Everyone there is a delight. I have been to many Eye care centers, so it's nice to have had such a comfortable experience here. I am glad I came and will continue from now on.

Dr. Fertel was extremely nice, and helpful making the whole process smooth and not awkward, then after I got to meet and work with Ms. Melinda, who is very educated and helpful when it comes to getting glasses that work for all your specifics! I highly recommend this location. When you walk in everyone is smiling and welcoming. Dr. Vu is an amazing optometrist. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Melinda went out of her way to help me find the perfect glasses and worked within my insurance limits to make sure I was comfortable with the price.

Quick and Great customer service. Melinda was patient and polite. She helped me through the process and also helped me choose the glasses that were best for me.

I would not waste your time. I went in because I was out of contacts and my glasses were so old I really couldn't see out of them. I took the exam and the doctor said I did not need reading glasses or bifocals yet. We discussed what to do when that started to change (I am 45). He said I had a stigmatism in my right eye and that he did not have that to give me a trial pair in stock but he would order it. I explained that I couldn't see in my glasses so he gave me the regular lens to use for now. Again this was in my right eye. He did not have me try them on in the office. Usually they do but I have worn contacts for over 30 years and never had an issue before, so I took them with me. Well my left eye was super blurry and I felt off and dizzy. I was doing ok walking around but I could no longer see my phone, or computer. When I closed my left eye, I could see out of my right eye just fine. I called as soon as they opened today asking to come back and I can't remember who answered, but first she said these were regular lenses not for close up. I tried to explain that I had regular lenses before (was wearing those 2 days before the appointment) and saw just fine. Then she said it was because of the stigmatism contact and that was likely it. I explained it was the other eye. I got so fed up because clearly they did not want to bring me in I finally said I'll just go to Lens Crafters (went to Stanton, couldn't get an appointment with Lens Crafters). She said wait but I hung up. Went to Stanton. They took excellent care of me. The contact lens prescription was different than the one I got at Americas best. I left seeing completely normal (with the contact for the stigmatism in the right eye and everything). I have now paid for 2 eye visits, but it was worth it. Go to Stanton. They actually take the time to sit with you.

My recent visit to America's Best on Veterans Highway was exceptional. From start to finish, Ari, Leslie, and the doctor went above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding patience and professionalism. Their combined expertise put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and resolved every concern I had about my vision. I couldn't be happier with the level of care and service I received!
