So, I did a thing- pulling a nail out of some wood and it catapulted right into the pink and white inner section of my eye.
Long story short. No puncture! Pressure good!
Dr. Caplan works out of Metairie and Northshore. I went to Metairie office and he prescribed antibiotic drops and lovely assistant Ivy was friendly and offered some great advice regarding eye drops for allergies.
I was greeted by Shirell and Michael both funny and experienced!! They gave me lots of tips!

This was awesome experience. The office surgery was great painless and simple. Dr Sumich was very impressive and explained everything about the surgery the pros and cons. On day of surgery was brought to a room where i was relaxing until Sumich was ready. The surgery took 10 mins and wow i could see. After both of my eyes were done i could watch tv without my glasses and read the screen. I have not been able to read the tv in the last 3 years. I am very happy and tell everyone about caplans.
The office staff is also awesome make you feel like family.
