I broke my sunglasses, tried to get new lenses but my one year prescription was expired by one week. Asked if they could extend it by two weeks. They flat out told me no. This prompted me to call around. Lo and behold other optometrist offer two year prescriptions. After years of going there, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

This clinic does not appear to be patient oriented. Scheduling an appt was difficult and they seldom called back when I left a message. I arrived 15 minutes early for an appt and still waited over an hour to be seen. They were very busy when I arrived in the morning, but by the time I left around 11:30 there were no people waiting and the staff was chatting in the hallways. Scheduling everyone for a 2-3 hour window might be easier for the staff, but not for the client.

Easy to make an appointment. My wait time in the lobby was much shorter than I expected, although they seemed fairly busy. These people have been in business and worked together for a very long time which, in my opinion, shows the dedication and commitment thpey all share to true healthcare and wellness for all their patients.

The vision in my right eye suddenly deteriorated while on vacation in New Orleans. I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Everyone was extremely caring and friendly. The doctor I saw was patient while she explained in detail what was happening to my eye. This clinic was extremely professional! Life saver.

The medical equipment is outdated. The office is unprofessional, old and dirty and inadequately staff. It is very obvious that they are not used to dealing with and educated and intelligent clientele base. The wait is ridiculously long and you may as well not schedule an appointment because they accept walk-in patients and will let them go ahead of people that made eye appointments weeks in advance.
