I went in for exam/contacts and was charged the cash price of $160. I have VSP insurance that they did not use, I was covered up to $170 and should not have paid anything out of pocket. I was told later when I called that Dr Moses does not use VSP for contact fittings. It would have been nice if I were told this when I first arrived, I would have searched for a different doctor. When I called back later after I had spoken to my insurance company, the young lady at the desk was rude, acted like I was bothering her by calling back asking about my insurance. She also had no clue and couldn't answer any of my questions. I will not be using this Dr or LensCrafters ever again.

The exam was great however I can only give 1 star because of the receptionist. There is a new $35"co-pay". I told her I never have paid a co pay but I have insurance to take care of any co-pays. She said we don't take that secondary insurance but she would waiver the charge since I never paid it before. Then she said she could see where I did pay last year so she couldn't waiver. I verified in my bank app that I did not pay. Then she admitted she made a mistake when she (lied and) said I did pay. Also, she said the charge is not really a co Pay, but it's printed "co pay" on the form. I had to pay the $35 to release my RX. I don't like the lie she told to get me to pay & and not waive the charge. I will not go back. Even the staff member in training had better skills.

Broderick Moses OD was very kind and professional in his care of my eyes. I will continue to schedule appointments with them in the future. Also the manager Mariel Aiena was very helpful, friendly and giving her recommendations on the retail floor helping to make selection on frame Thanks everyone.

Dr. Charles Delio is the best! Took his time making sure everything was perfect. The entire staff from the guy checking me in and doing some tests, to the gentleman in the store assisting me in finding frames were polite and knowledgeable.

I'm not happy with their service. I have been doing my test for last 25 years but their service wasn't good. Also they force you to take imaging Xray for your eyes... not going again there. Receptionist was not doing well and you will be asked for addl. money for no reason..
