Worst experience I ever had an eye doctor. The
female doctor rushed through the exam and treated me like she had somewhere better to get to. They did not listen to anything I said and tried to talk down to me when I tried to get clarification. I would not refer this office to anyone.

I went here yesterday with my husband as we both have appointment the same day.
To be honest, we are not happy with the outcome. The reason why we came back here after our first visit was because we were told that we can get our glasses with our next visit and will be covered by insurance.
That did not happen. After our eye examination, we both paid $45.00 (co-pay) then we were told by a very nice gentleman that our lenses will be covered by the insurance, but not the frame. We do understand that, however, it should be better if they explained it to us on our first visit, otherwise we will not spend $90.00 dollars for the visit that we did not get our glasses.
The gentleman in the reception was very nice explaining that the lenses are covered by the insurance every year and frame every 2 years.
We fully understand that it was not the clinic's fault what is covered by the insurance or not, but they could let us know beforehand (like I mentioned earlier)
We walked out from the clinic very disappointed and waste $90.00 that we could pay next year and lenses and frame will be both covered by the our insurance.
