Dr. Singer did an awesome job and it was in and out. All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I do believe this could have been a longer more painful experience however Dr. Singer has it so quick with clear instructions it's over in no time. Eyes only took a week to be totally unbothered not even needing drops. An awesome decision to get it and use Dr. Singer!!! Thank you sir!

I got my right eye done in 2021. Then my left eye done 3 weeks ago and seeing clear! (both times Lasik HD) Anytime I called the office they would answer my questions right away. Dr. Singer is quick with the appointments but he has a lot of patients and most of the time the waiting rooms are full. When its surgery day he tells you exactly what he's doing and reassures that everything is fine. They do give you valium before the surgery to ease your nerves! It's a surgery that I have never regretted but you will experience dry eye no mater which surgeon you go to. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes!

Dr. Haley is my Doctor and did my Cataract and Stint Procedure, I was apprehensive but I trusted the Doctor the Expert. I am AMAZED how much better I see ! It's unbelievable ! The Procedure was quick and comfortable. Singer Haley are Professionals and their Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I totally recommend them and this Procedure. Signed, Totally Satisfied. I got my vision correction surgery done 6-7 years ago, I was told you won't need glasses for rest of your life, they inserted lens in my eyes. I never felt the same since than. I needed glasses for reading immediately. Now I found out I need glasses again with a lesser prescription number. I would recommend wearing old fashioned glasses all your life is best option. Doctors should not lie to patients for making more money and put bigger billboards.

I strongly recommend Doctor Singer. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. I'm so thankful for their recommendation. Doctor Singer is very professional and lovely (these two words may sound a little conflicting but that's really how I felt about him). He knew very well what would be the best surgery plan for me. He was straightforward and did not make me feel forced into a specific choice. His assistants who did the detailed examinations of my eyes were mostly very careful. I took the surgery last week. The pre-surgery antibiotic drop seems not suitable for me... My eyes do get sore and dry more easily than before. I've been trying to not read any more after work, at least in the recovering period. I love it when I wake up in the morning and see the surroundings clearly without having to look for glasses first.

Dr Singer was incredible with my lasik procedure. He is known the be the absolute best on the gulf coast and has done more lasik procedures then anyone in the area. His staff was incredible and made the whole process a breeze! Procedure itself only took 15 mutes for a brand new set of eyes!

I am completely satisfied with my experience & results with the Singer-Haley team. They exceeded the expectations of my imagination. 1 month after the surgery I now possess 20/25 vision. Beforehand, I could not see the big E during an eye exam without my glasses. At this time my eyes are quite healed, though they will continue to get better, and my vision is likely to further improve. I am not having difficulty with blurred vision or other common and relatively short-term post-surgery side effects. Summary of Singer-Haley pros: No hidden fees; great pricing; great service package; compassionate, passionate, experienced doctors; knowledgeable clinical staff at all levels; clear & concise verbal & written communication every step of the way provided by doctors and all clinical staff; flexible; comfortable & well-kept office locations. Summary of cons: I can't think of any suggestions for improvement, and I have not experienced any dissatisfactions at this point. Experience of pros in detail: No Hidden Fees: Originally, I went to another doctor for an assessment to see if I qualified for PRK. That doctor's equipment failed and he referred me to Dr. Singer's office. From the beginning, my first phone conversation with one of the Haley-Singer clerical workers, I had received very a clear and direct understanding of the expenses verbally and in documentation. Great Pricing: I found that receiving PRK treatment from Haley-Singer team was a few hundred dollars cheaper than from other clinics. Additionally, I found the medicine to not be a great expense. the necessary antibiotic and steroid eye drops were generic brands, as far as I understand after co-paying with my health insurance, so they were not costly. I did not fill the prescription for the pain or sleep medicine (not recommended by the doctor),so I am not sure about the costliness of those items. Great Service Package: The services are all included in the surgery fee, including the required follow up appointments. This was great because it relieved me of uncertainties regarding appointment scheduling and financials during the time of recovery. Moreover, I learned that if extra follow up appointments were needed, then they would most likely be given as part of the package deal. Compassionate & Passionate: Dr. Singer recommended that I get High Definition PRK based on my characteristics. Regardless, I selected to only get PRK because I could not really afford the upgrade since I just graduated from college. After learning about my situation he upgraded me to High Definition PRK and only charged me for getting standard PRK. The fact that he did this let me know he truly believes in his recommendations as a doctor and cares about his patients. Dr. Estrada conducts charitable work in a foreign country to help people obtain glasses that they would not otherwise be able to get for one reason or another. The fact of that in conjunction with my experience with her solidified my impression of her as being a most compassionate doctor that is deeply committed to medicine and humanitarianism. Experienced: Dr. Singer is recognized as having the most experience with performing PRK and LASIK surgery in the New Orleans region. I learned this from websites that share summarized stats of doctors work experience. The stats showed me that Dr. Singer has performed the most PRK & Lasik surgeries in the New Orleans area comparatively. This provided confidence and his work experience was recognized intuitively when meeting him and receiving the surgery. Knowledgeable staff at all levels: Each type of worker of the Haley-Singer team that I communicated with was able to answer my questions. They have the knowledge of their services understood like the back of their hand. Clear and concise communication: All verbal and oral instructions were clear and simple to understand. Moreover, during the surgery, Dr. Singer explained each thing that was going to happen and its purpose. This provided great relief.

My LASIK procedure went great and I haven't had any issues during recovery. Dr. Singer and his staff were polite, professional, and I was in and out in no time at all. Dr. Singer seemed interested in my situation and reasons for finally getting LASIK. I enjoyed talking with him and hearing about his experience over years of practicing. I will be confidently recommending him to others!
