The office staff and clinical staff are great, respectful and always professional. As a patient for over 10 years-- the doctors are generally very kind, respectful and clinically astute, but had a few negative, abrasive, and, somewhat disappointing interactions from Dr. Rao on a few occasions.. However, Sylvia and the front office staff along with interactions with Doctors in the past has been superb.

I have been immensely impressed by this office. The doctors here are efficient and the office is quick to respond to your needs. I had a scratch on my eye and they got me in same day without hesistation. I was running late in traffic and they saw me 15 minutes late at the end of the day and I was their last patient. That level of customer service is phenomenal. I can't speak highly enough of the office and the staff. Keep up the great work!

I had high expectations coming here, after all, ophthalmologists (medical doctors) own and operate the clinic. This was my first time at this clinic. I was there for a routine eye exam with glasses and contact scripts. Everyone was kind and courteous. Issues I had: -no close vision on eye exam -contact script was oddly weak (over 10 years since I received a script that weak) -experienced weird unilateral transient sharp horizontal double vision. When it didn't go away, I contacted the office through the web portal. After many weeks of no reply, I got a call from the secretary to reschedule an appointment, but I'd already gotten a second opinion at another eye Dr by then...and I was out of town for a few more months. -the bill was nearly $300 for an eye exam, of which my fresh new eye insurance only covered half. -I was out of pocket for $150 for the exam and $160 for a 6 month supply of contacts that were too weak in one eye. (Thankfully the expensive glasses seem ok) My expectation is that this new business is still working kinks out and most other patients presumably didn't have issues. I'm disappointed to say, I'm getting my next eye exam somewhere else.

Doctors are amazing and listen to the patient! Staff is wonderful and helpful while in the office or when calling to follow-up with questions. Highly recommend.
