I called and scheduled an appointment the same day at 1145a. Ms. Pam was able to get my prescription completed in less than an hour and Nekiel had my glasses ready to go in 10 minutes. I wish too, to give a zero. I went in to have the right arm of my glasses adjusted. As the clerk turned with my glasses, I heard a pop. She turned with the metal bent off of the frame and said I would need to get another frame and will need to pay a copay. I told her I did not come in with my glasses in that new condition. She screwed the glasses back as if she worked a miracle and still told me I would still have a copay with these frames.

I wish o could give 0 stars, I was so mad. I called to make appt, asked if there was a dr on site, and if they accepted my children's insurance, was told yes, and took insurance information over the phone, and I made appt. I arrive and was told as soon as I walk in, that this is a telehealth location with no optometrist or ophthalmologist on site, ok fine, I already took off of work and kids missing school, so we move forward with appt. After filling out paperwork, and waiting to be seen for over 30 min, we are brought to the back, just to be told, that actually, no, they don't accept our insurance but would give me a good discount on exam. Hell no, this was a scam to get me in the door. I asked all these questions prior to making appt and was straight out lied to.

All I can say is, if you don't take my insurance just say so in the beginning when I ask, don't lead me to believe that you can still work with it when it is out of network, just to make me pay full price after the exam is completed. Really annoying.

The staff was robotic at best, unprofessional at times. I was charged for a contact fitting that never happened. I was given the sample pair and hurried out the door.

I came here a day after being seen at America's Best for a contact eye exam. That was an awful experience. They are AMAZING. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Gulnara really took her time with me during my lens fitting. She also let me know about all the deals on contacts and glasses. My only regret... not having seen them first!
