Monica was awesome today with checking me in as a new patient and she helped me from the beginning and after my exam she went over the different options I had for my insurance plan. She asked if I wanted to add things to my glasses and at first I said no but I ended adding two additional add on like glare protection for driving at night and transitional lenses. The eye doctor was great as well with explaining everything after my exam. I haven't worn glasses or contacts in over 20 years due to Lasik. This location made the process easy. I'll be bringing my daughter in next week for her visit.

Rarely do I leave reviews but I wanted to shout out the awesome staff at Visionworks for being amazing, patient and accommodating.
Dr. Wilbur was very knowledgeable and informative during my exam. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best decision about which contacts to choose.
Monica was patient, kind and made sure I understood my benefits and how to utilize them.
Melinda is one of the sweetest, most helpful people you ever want to encounter. I called several times after my appointment and she went out of her way to help me each time. This kind of customer service is very hard to find. I'm very happy I found this place and plan to return annually for my eye exam.

Amazing! The rep who helped me choose my glasses was very informative and actually took the shape of my head into consideration for her recommendation. I use to go to the location in Oakwood mall, but since that one closed, I'd definitely would take the extra time to go to this location instead. Great experience overall!

Great staff and doctor! Very easy to make an appointment (and reschedule). Quick service. Have never before seen one of the machines they use to scan your eyeballs. It was a high tech camera that takes an in-depth image of your eyeball (you can see your nerves!) to check for potential health issues such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, etc. They didn't pressure me to purchase my glasses from them and willingly gave me my PD measurement. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

We did have to wait a bit to see an eyeglass rep. But she was very kind and helpful. My son wanted to pick a more colorful frame that we could only find in the women's frames and she didn't make a big deal about it. We had come from Staton eyewear and they insisted we use the men's frames which only came in dark colors. They made my son feel isolated in his choices. Thank you for being unbiased and open to his choices.
