Dr. Andrus was very impatient with my 6 year old and showed no compassion or enthusiasm for working with children. My child will not be seen by him again. I was able to find a pair of glasses that I liked. The other staff members that I encountered were great, but the provider gets a 2/10.

This place is a diamond in this Shreveport area. I've been coming here for nearly 6 years and they never disappoint. First of all you can text their number anytime for appointment changes and any questions you may have - someone always there to respond so quickly, their employees are the nicest people in literally the entire Shreveport bossier area (I've been living here nearly 9 years and have tried many many many places) and to top it off they always have really nice sales on their glasses and contacts, I got a pair of glasses for 40% off today! Just love this place!! Oh also to top it off my glasses were ready SAME DAY for pick up after purchase, literally unheard of!!!!!

Today was my first visit here. It was wonderful! Very personal, insightful, patient and so helpful. I felt like more than simply a customer. I look forward to a lifetime of vision needs to be met by these people. I highly recommend them. Thank you for all the attention I was given today. And also for the followup call asking for more information that was needed. My daughter has also been going here for years. I'm glad she so highly recommend them to me.

The lady's who do scheduling suck. I had to call and check on my own appointment. No one called or text a reminder, after she told me she would. The appointment was canceled and the lady I spoke to was just OKAY with it and hung up. I've noticed it's a lot of confusion here in their office. Please beware! Too much going on and the first time I got my eyes checked, the test were wrong!! I had to do a whole nother eye test , so my glasses took longer. This office is not organized at the front office.

Awesome people at this facility, seriously great people. The equipment was all updated and new technology, my Dr was an older gentleman that knew his field, he communicated very well and we talked, visited for a few minutes prior to and after my actual exam on a social level something that doesn't happen very often in a fast paced world! Highly recommend this Dr. facility!

From start to finish everything was quick and easy. The doctor was very informative and answered all my questions. Not to mention the people there were so nice and friendly. Im glad I picked them. I will definitely continue to come to them for all my future needs.

Went today Dec 11th 2025 for the first time. Front desk ladies were sweet and friendly. Dr. Judd was very helpful and informative, the employee was nice and patient when it was time to choose a pair of glasses. Eye Central is a great place to go when it comes to your eyes!
