Lusk Eye Specialists - Shreveport

Dr B Lusk put me at ease as soon as he walked in my exam room. All of The staff was excellent as well. I had a small complication that could have gone bad without the above and beyond care of Dr Lusk. I had my surgery 4 days before the ice storm. Dr Lusk called me every day until he was sure my complication was cleared. Even though I couldn't come in, he provided outstanding care. I recommend Lusk Eye Specialist to everyone. They are a great provider of care to everyone that comes in. By the way, my vision is now 20/20 for the first time since high school!!

When in to Lusk Eye Specialist for my eye issue which was with a cyst on my right eye. I was actually blown off my feet by the warmth, curiosity, friendly, clean environment, and staff with such caring hearts and concerned about my matters and issues. My procedure done on my right eye for the removal of the cyst was a great success. Doctor Bryan I must say may me very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. He kept me informed of what I was to expect one step to the next. My has healed and I am much better. And I would recommend Dr. Bryan and the entire staff as a referral to anyone. I am a 22 year old female was wearing glasses, got lasik done , 1 of the best decision I made in my life super easy & amazing.. the staff is so nice & kind. Dr Jeff is an amazing doctor I was really nervous & scared but we got it done I can do it again & again

I have been a patient at the Lusk Eye Center for almost four years and I appreciate the service and the care I have received. I love the atmosphere in the Clinic. Wait-time is minimal and they take their time with each patient. The entire staff is professional, kind, most of all, patient with each patient (no pun intended). By the time I see the Doc, I am relaxed and feel my eyes are in good hands. The Doc has always been patient and answers all my questions - yes! Even the quirky ones! Communication is key, I find comfort in their efforts to thoroughly communicate with me when needed. And, everyone smiles! That's important to me. They have gone out of their way to find the lowest costs for my medication and/or treatment. Very helpful! They care about my vision and work with me to get it right. I never feel pressed to make decisions. They guide me to make the right choices. They have earned my trust, thus far. And, I try to be the best patient they see for the day. I would get the sticker or the lollipop if they gave them out. I drive two hours, one-way, and stay overnight, most visits. Since I live in a smaller town, I go shopping / stock up at Whole Foods while I am in Shreveport. I also visit one or two of my favorite restaurants! No trip is ever wasted. It is not easy to put my trust in others, regardless of the profession. My guard is always up. However, it has been worth the investment to receive care at Lusk ... a true blessing!

I had a very large stye on my upper eyelid and the staff were very considerate and kind and executed their task with knowledge...even though I am a patient of Dr.J. Lusk who was not there on the day I was there....Dr B. Lusk and his Nurses performed the procedure like the professionals they are with kindness. Would like to post a picture but Dr. B assured me that students will learn about this procedure. Will always be thankful of those caring doctors at Lusk Eye Specialty.

As a new patient I didn't know what to expect.I had read other reviews.. However, my experience with Dr Jeffrey Lusk is very Pleasant.He's professional, but more importantly, he was HONEST and gave me specific details on what he saw..The video before my surgery was Great. Last, certainly not least, The entire STAFF is warm and welcoming. There was no extended long WAIT times for me

The staff excellent & work hard with you. They take all the measurements of your eyes in a relentless pursuit in taking the best care of your vision. The nurses also take care of you during the procedure. Dr. Bryan Lusk made me feel relaxed before,after,& during the whole procedure. I would recommend Lusk Eye Specialist to anyone that is interested in betting their vision.
