Vision 4 Less

It is one of the more affordable and fast places in town. We go here often for that reason. There is a good selection of frames . Thru have men's, women's, children's, sunglasses, and even a value section. The employees are not generally certified opticians and I get very little help from them when trying to select frames. It's more of a self serve on the the frames, then they ring you up for the commission. I've never had an issue with the quality of glasses. Over the years my family has bought dozens. Single vision is usual ready in an hour, but if it's a bifocal might be a little longer...

I purchased 6 frames and 7 sets of lenses from this store to see if they could get ONE pair correct. And I don't mean I brought the same ones back over and over; I mean I paid for 5 separate frames and 14 separate lenses, all within the past 30 days. This is frame #5 with lens set #6 that the manager personally dispensed to me. The lens doesn't even fit into the frame. And the prescription isn't the issue, because I also purchased this same strength in this same frame from this same store 1 year ago without this happening. I'd say you get what you pay for, but the "less" in Vision 4 Less is only less than their local competitors. Save your money and order online instead. The allegedly unreliable online-only retailers have better selection, better materials, and better quality control for far cheaper. In fact, order two pairs! Then you will never be stuck having to hunt down a same-day lab in the future. In fact, if you simply search for where to buy overnight glasses, you will find a website that will make and ship brand new glasses to you, overnight, made with better materials and better quality control, and for less money. Just go with that option. You can wait 24 hours.

This was my first visit here. I'll say the staff is friendly, and the doctor was quick. He seemed to address my concerns and was kind of short, but not in a rude way. For a Saturday, he had many patients to see. I was the first, so if I were the last, that part of my review might be different, but he was kind. The rep who worked with my prescription was phenomenal; she even taught me how to shop for glasses properly, as I am a first-time eyeglasses wearer. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Highly recommend vision 4 less I was able to pick out two glasses of my own choosing. I was able to get them in the color I wanted. The staff was incredibly helpful energy and the room was very positive. I was able to get a really good discount of up to 60% off saving me way over $200 on frames and prescription. And I was able to get all of this done within about 45 minutes.

I went with my 92 year old mother, Patsy Gunn, to replace her broken glasses. Destiny took the best care of us. She was very skillful in assisting my mother in selecting the style that pleased my mother. It is apparent that Destiny enjoys her job and helping customers to feel thier best wearing glasses. She also assisted us in getting getting the best prices available. We're very happy that we went to Vision for Less because Destiny is there!

It was raining I had to have eyes exam by Dr Kelly appt 12noon I arrived about 11am. Corrita took time to show me different frames as I was waiting. I chose 2 but needed to leave, she held my products and explained methods that I didnt have to drive back from Greenwood in the rain and Youree Drive busy traffic (it make me nervous) until I could come back better time and dry weather. I really appreciated Corrita's patience, knowledge, and compassion, I see better and feel better and thanks to Vision for less for the discount. I believe you deserve 5 stars and a golden buzzer for Corrita!

The man that helped us, Robert B was fantastic! He helped answer any and every question we had about getting our 5yr his first pair of glasses. He helped us utilize our insurance benefits to the fullest and helped us maximize our savings for my husband's new glasses and our sons new glasses! We unexpectedly walked out with 3 pairs of glasses the same night, when we expected to have to wait a week or too so that was awesome as well that they can create glasses in the store! We will be using them from now on for our glasses for the future!
