America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Very thorough exam. I loved that everything being checked and tested was explained before hand for the why, how and how much. The doctor and staff were very friendly and kind. Very considerate to my concerns and questions. Bea was phenomenal when it came to picking out my frames. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She was able to help me decide which frames were best for my face shape and helped me get the best lenses for my needs. Ended up getting glasses and sunglasses. Very happy with this office and staff. Thanks a bunch!!

This is the worst place to ever get your eye exam. I usually never leave bad reviews even when a place is bad but this place is just that bad. We don't have vision insurance so we bought their 3 year membership to get our contacts and glasses annual exams since it was just cheapest for us. I have never had a good experience here but feel like I have to come back since I paid for 3 years worth. The first time we went, there were 2 ladies who worked the front desk but also did eye glasses exams and she was giving us a hard time huffing and puffing in their chairs. My brother mentioned that he was looking for new contacts, but they brushed it off so when it was my turn for the contacts exam, I mentioned the same thing to the doctor and they were talking about how they can clearly see who the smart one is essentially calling him dumb behind his back after the doctor told them afterwards that he also wanted new contacts. The second time, they made a VIRTUAL doctor do our contacts exam and we were literally in the office or 3 HOURS waiting and doing nothing. The prescription was terrible. The third time, our appointment was for 9:10am and we weren't seen until 11 because they said the doctor wasn't there. WHY SCHEDULE US WHEN YOU KNEW THE DOCTOR WASN'T GOING TO BE THERE???? and they didn't tell us that until an hour and a half later..... Many other terrible encounters at this location. I called today to schedule a follow up appointment and AMY was so rude you can hear her huffing and puffing over the phone. I asked a simple question to know if a follow up appointment is covered by the eyecare club membership and she hung up on me after I told her how rude she was being. I'm not confrontational at all but this was absolutely absurd!!!

My daughter did not have an appointment today. When we arrived we were told that the optometrist was going to lunch and come back in an hour. The entire staff was super friendly. When we came back- there was 1 other person in front of us. After the basic eye chart test, we waited for the optometrist. There was 3 other people after us and the optometrist took 2 of the 3 other people before us. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. It's very disheartening that this continues to happen, even after we have given the optometrist a 2nd chance. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The optometrist not at all, she didn't even acknowledge us, and clearly demonstrates preferential treatment to certain patients that are waiting, just like last time. We will not make this mistake a 3rd time for an eye exam. The store itself is wonderful. The eye exam part is poorly managed by the optometrist who needs to work on her people skills.

Im writing this review actively sat in the office. My appointment was for 9:30. I didnt get called in until 9:50. They did the beginning tests, two of which are an extra 30 dollars if you want, had me take my.contacts out and then sat me down to wait for the doctor. Only to tell me the doctor was not even here yet.So not only am I nearly an hour into an appointment for a doctor WHO ISNT EVEN HERE, im unable to see anything with my phone to my face so I can type this review. The tech is incredibly unprofessional, made comments on the thickness of my eyelashes, implied that I didnt like them, and then just went to the next person. She seems like she just hates her life, idkman. Again despite knowing the doctor is not here. Terrible service. Will never come back. Only would recommend if you can make it thru the bs to the doctor who is employed by them. Terrible experience and its not even over yet. I hope I typed all of this well. I cant see it even if I didnt. EDIT: doc showed up. Quick appointment. Doctor is great. Wish I could visit her through another business or her own practice. Purchased a years worth of contacts, which arent kept on hand and I will have to wait two weeks for. Not a big deal. However if I had not spoken up, they would have assumed I already had a trial pair and sent me home without any contacts to wear what so ever. Whole thing felt like a failure across the board.

Everyone was super friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Amy explained everything to me and even helped me pick out a pair of glasses! I usually don't even remember names... but she went above and beyond!! Thanks so much!

I arrived 17 minutes late to my 3pm appointment, notified the office ahead of time prior to the appointment; was told that it was okay to still come, was not told that it would take 2 hours just for an eye exam. No acknowledgement of how long it took; didn't leave the office until 5:46pm. That was way too long.

Rebecca and Angela are the best help me fix my glasses when I thought they were done really great place and highly recommend them both

I recently had an eye exam at this location and it was a great experience. I was able to find frames that I feel comfortable wearing and the prescription is perfect. The staff was very helpful from start to finish and the price was great too. I even did the medical screening that was offered for $30. I will be back next year.
