I have already sent my friend here. Everyone is patience with you. Scheduling my surgery was easy. Christina was very helpful patience and kind. I had a great experience with my cataract surgery. Dr Hemelt and his staff were very thorough and the staff at Sterling Surgical Hospital were very professional. I had multi focal lens implants performed one month apart. I can't describe the difference it has made. The colors are so vivid and vision sharp. It's wonderful to not have to look for my reading glasses. I still have halos but it is a great trade off. I would highly recommend Dr. Hemelt for cataracts surgery.

Just had my first eye done for cataract surgery and what a difference! Absolutely amazing! The colors are brighter, vision crisp and clear. It's as if I had been wearing sunglasses before. Dr. Hemelt was great. If you have any reservations about getting cataract surgery, put them aside. The entire process was relatively quick (less than three hours total, mostly pre and post op) and totally painless.
