Slidell Eye Clinic

The only person who was professional was the eye doctor. I came in for an eyeglass and contact exam, was told that they would charge additional for both, ok. I chose to get eyeglasses which my insurance covers one pair per year and was told that transitions were an additional charge. Checked my benefits, this was incorrect. I had asked for a hard copy of my prescription, this was never provided to me so I took pictures of my exam results. I had asked about contact samples, and was told that they didn't have any in stock but that to get a pair for one day would be $15. I chose not to pay that much when contacts should usually cost $1/day. I overheard the older woman who had been helping me say to another customer "I hate people like that". Sorry for understanding my benefits and not wanting to be overcharged I guess. Incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to give proper customer service in addition to a reading comprehension issue by multiple staff members. I'll go to vision works by Fremaux next time.

Lady behind the counter should learn how to ask questions and give professional help. These people are so into them self it's wonder people still come here.
