I was getting fit for contacts after not wearing them for several years. All 3 members of the staff that helped me were SOO patient with me. The doctor was kind and explained everything to me better than most eye doctors have for me in the past. All around great experience. I worked in customer service for 20 years, and this office has top notch customer friendly staff.

UPDATE: I've gotten 2 optometrist options stating my glasses aren't high index. So they charged me for it and did not put them on my glasses. Kept my $200 dollars as well.
I ordered new high index glasses through these people during my visit and got them in today. I paid a lot for high index and after looking at them once I got them in and comparing them to an old pair that isn't I really don't think it's high index. I'm not 100% sure.
So after contacting the office same day the "office manger" tried blaming the frames without even looking at them after I questioned them and said there was no way anyone could prove if they are high index or not which is a absolute lie. I asked if maybe the manufacturer made a mistake and she assured me since it was on the paper that I paid for it than it was done. Save yourself a headache with these people. There are too many eye doctors out there that wont STEAL your hard earned money and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
