I love having Dr. Peters as my doctor. That said every time I go there I have to wait forever. Have to wait to initially get called to an exam room. Have to wait to get testing done. Have to wait after that to get back into exam room to finally get to see Dr. Peter's. Last time I was there I needed to make an appointment to come back in 6 months but the lady checking me out said the calendar didn't go that far out so just call in a couple of months to schedule an appointment. Well good luck with that. Today is Thursday and I have called every day this week to try to make that appointment. Have been on hold for up to 3 hours waiting for someone in scheduling to pick up. I have left my name and phone number for a call back with no success. No option to speak to a real person. Don't know what to do at this point. Send a letter in the mail I guess.
