Atlee Gleaton Eye Care and Aesthetics

I've been going here since I was 3. I have a severe Astigmatism and myopia. I've been told I have one of the highest prescriptions there. I had an appointment today at 2 pm. I tried calling to say I would be late but no one picked up the phone. I arrived at 2:12 and was told I was beyond the window. I live 30 minutes away. I've sat in that waiting room for close to a hour before without complaining. I'm transferred and put on hold every year when I try to order my contact lenses. When my prescription drastically changed I needed new contacts and they ordered my old prescription and still wanted me to pay for it!!!!! So not only did I have to go another month without being able to see but they wanted an additional 400$ from me. Since then they have me pay before ordering, like somehow the mix up was MY fault? I didn't make a big deal out of it or even question why. I'm always patient and nice but today was the last damn straw. 2 minutes beyond the window when I tried to call and they refuse to see me after I've been going there for 26 years?!?! I'll be finding another, a BETTER eye doctor.

Always a pleasure with Stephanie Arnio! She is such a great person and knows her job very well. Everyone in the office are awesome. Thank you for taking care of me and my eyesight since I have diabetes.

Austin helped me beautifully with warranty replacement lenses. He was so professional and kind! Great service? The receptionist was very very sweet and professional. I could have chatted either her for hours! I am and always have been a huge fan of Atlee Gleason! I adore my doctor Stephanie Arsino!

The level of care provided was remarkable. The young lady that did my exam and tests was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Kang explained everything to me in a way that i could understand. I left feeling so secure. It is definitely worth the drive.

The tech who took me in from the waiting room was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything that would happen in my procedure (removal of a papilloma) and she expertly did the prep for it--sterile towels, etc. She was also very friendly and pleasant in her manner. Dr. Feero came in and did the procedure, preparing me first for the very brief discomfort of the lidocaine. She was attentive and put me at my ease. The procedure went very quickly and comfortably. I was completely satisfied with how it all went.

Everyone was excellent from the front desk, to medical assistant Gabby, and Dr Kang. Their selection of glasses is incredible and a wide variety. I won't get glasses at a cheap place ever again, because the scratch resistant coating was ruined in less that a year. They replaced them, and the same thing happened again in less than a year. They said it was from cleaning products or hairspray, but I have been using the same products for years.

An excellent experience. The staff was kind and considerate. The Doctor helped me understand how my body is reacting to my aging . I look forward to learning more. Thank you.. Marie Louise Tesch

I have been seen by Dr Arnio for a few years now, and have enjoyed her professionalism and friendliness. This is the first year that I have felt engaged with the tech that prepped me for the exam. She was friendly, efficient and made things so much easier than I have experienced in the past. Thank you both!
