The front desk team are just so sweet and rays of sunshine that greet you on your way in. They break everything down so the bill, scheduling, and every detail is perfectly described. Dr. Quint and her team make treatment and exams comfortable and are very informative. Every single person makes the experience great. I never leave feeling uncertain!

I contacted Smart Eye Care on June 4 due to an issue I was having with my left eye. I spoke with a wonderful woman who went above and beyond to assist me and set up with an appointment for the next day. She even contacted me the following morning to see how I was doing and adjusted my appointment so I would have a shorter wait time. After working in customer service for over 41 years, this was outstanding customer service and much appreciated!!

I arrived in Maine for the weekend without my contact lenses. My neighbor uses Smart Eye Care so I reached out to see if they could provide me with replacement lenses to get me through the weekend. They were happy to do so and even stayed open a little past closing to wait for me to come in. I am very grateful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. From the wonderful care of Jessica Cunningham to Dr Quint the entire experience was extremely positive and I felt like my issues with my eyes were heard. For the first time in years I was fit correctly with contact lens that actually work! So pleased with the time and care they took to making sure I had the best experience I could. Also, great prices on contact lenses. The front office person, was extremely helpful with pricing! They go above and beyond!
