Debbie was so sweet and kind. She was very professional as well. Dr. Albert is a joy to work with and he makes the process as painful as possible. Andy was incredible as well. He made me feel very comfortable by talking about similar interests we share. Great deal on a great pair of glasses. Couldn't be happier.

I had an eye emergency and Andy managed to get me in within an hour the same day. I truly can't say enough about how great he and Dr. Albert have been to me over the years. Their care and professionalism have always been outstanding.

Dr. Albert and his staff are polite and very helpful. Even though they were short staffed they took time to answer my questions and were so kind to keep checking in while we were waiting. Great customer service and I applaud them for this.

Disappointing. Disorganized, and not helpful at all. While the Dr might be fine, the rest of the folks need more oversight. I had issues with my visit, had to pay out of pocket in place of using my insurance. Claim it is because I'm a diabetic. Fine. Did get glasses, and insurance was used for that. Every other Dr I've used has figured out how to bill me fairly and correctly in other towns. In that process I never got to hear options of lenses, and different options that might be available. Felt very rushed and disorganized. I really just wanted to leave and did not feel welcomed at this point. When I scheduled my appointment to get lenses put into my glasses, told me it would take 15 minutes. I moved my work schedule around again to make this appointment work. They told me after I was there the machine was broke, and it would take an hour or more, I could just come back later. If I miss, there is a 75$ charge with less than 24 hour notice. But they do not follow the same respect for time. When picking lenses back up, said they were going to bill me more on top of the 400 already paid. I'll just drive to Bangor. This is really sad, feel bad for the community that just needs quality places where they live. It's hard to go to Bangor for everything! I do not recommend, I will not recommend them to anyone, and I'll go without or travel before I go back. Very upsetting and very sad. Might be something that a lot more experience than me. You do have to sign a paper prior to visit saying you can't tell at the staff, thought it was strange, but now it makes sense. I'm sure they will find more people to persuade to give good reviews to cover up this one. Seems like the others are covered up also. Someone needs to look into how they are billing and handling things. Does not seem like it's being done correctly.

Without a doubt, Dr. Albert is the best optometrist in the entire state. The office environment is always welcoming, and the staff is consistently friendly and professional. Dr. Albert stands out for his exceptional care. He takes the time to truly listen to your concerns, addresses them thoroughly, and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of top-tier eye care!!

I was visiting from out of state and broke my glasses. My prescription was expired and I was desperate to get my glasses fixed. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix them so they fit me in for an appointment and made me glasses same day. The staff and the doctor were very nice and very welcoming. If I ever have a problem and happen to be in the area again this is the first office I would call!

Absolutely the best place ever! Super awesome staff and wicked nice products! 10/10 would recommend. They were able to squeeze me in to an appointment last minute even though they were busy and I even got my new glasses that same day!!! I love this place and will be going here for all of my eye appointments from now on! Paul was very polite, quick, knowledgeable and helpful and his wife is just amazing! This is in my opinion the best place to go for any of your eye care needs!!!

They have always hooked me up with the best of the best in eyewear pricey place no doubt about it but you get what you pay for and they have fix and warranty fixed or replace multiple pairs for me and I've been a 8 year regular patient and I don't plan on switching to anywhere else anytime soon
