Norton Eye Care

I've been seeing Norton Eye for over 20 years and have always received exceptional care. I don't have vision coverage so price is important to me and thankfully their rates are very reasonable. I moved out of Farmington but still drive an hour each way for exams because I don't want to switch providers. They're great!

I was very pleased with my visit. They are full service with a large selection of frames. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend to both family and friends.

Today was my very first Eye exam. From the moment I walked in the front door of Norton Eye Care, the receptionists were welcoming and helpful. The tech was thorough with explanations of each step, DR. Watson was thorough and thoughtful. It was overall a very positive experience. I'm excited to get my new eye glasses and highly recommend Norton Eye Care.

I previously had written a bad review for this place 3 years ago but would like to update. I recently obtained health insurance again which was extremely hard, but besides that after 3 years I called Norton Eyecare back to see what their wait time may be they still had me in their data base and considered me a patient in their office. Everywhere I called had a 6 month wait and I have been struggling with my eye sight and headaches for months, when I called to see when they could squeeze me in they offered a spot that someone canceled for the next day. When I arrived I was treated kindly and promptly like I never left, not to mention Mr Norton who did my eye exam and his Employees did a really great job were very fast and very professional. Years after my previous review I'm willing to admit this place is good at what they do, very professional, and good to their clientele. Appreciate everything about this visit, grade A+ to the staff, owner and business!

How very disappointed with how I was treated by the staff and the doctor, who is not even identified on the website. Nobody cared that I was a new patient, and it seemed that no one took the time to review the records I had sent to their office. I felt neither neither valued nor respected as a patient or as a person, and my efforts to bring this experience to the attention of Dr. Norton were ignored. I will be looking for another optometrist, even if I have to drive further.

I had a great experience there. The staff is super friendly and I got a great pair of glasses. I am very happy about my visit
