The person in charge of helping to try and fit frames kept the same gloves on between customers, contaminated everything she touched as she "disinfected" surfaces, and then wanted to take my paperwork and card with the same gloves. If associates are going to be wearing gloves, they need instructed in proper use and disposal. This is revolting.
