Chamberland & Cote Eyecare: Parise Chamberland OD and Paul Cote OD

I started with Dr DeRosa when he was on Lisbon Street and followed him to the Main St location. He was awesome, when he retired, I chose Dr cote because my husband had him at Dr Wolf's office. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The whole office staff go above and beyond . Been dealing with these professionals for over 45 years combined and recommended them highly

Been a patient of Dr. Chamberlain for over 25+ years. I have never been treated so badly because I needed to split my appt into x2 visits because I am diabetic and couldn't do th dilated exam because I had to work. I actually felt cornered in the exam room when she was almost yelling at me etc. I work in healthcare and have for over 30 years. This is NOT a good choice for eye care. Very unprofessional.

I enjoyed everyone, my doctor was so nice and took the time to listen to my concerns about my eyes. The receptionist was very nice, the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses were great too! The best experience at an eye care clinic I've had.

Took a pair of glasses back in that broke and were under warranty. The woman that sits behind the eyeglass desk on the right was extremely rude and told me nobody breaks these kind of frames. Gave me shit about wanting a new pair. So I finally got a new pair. They had an extra set of frames in stock. She took my brand new lenses and put them into my new frames and scratched the hell out of the left lense and I'm pretty sure she did it on purpose. I'll never darken their doorway again and I hope they fire her when they read this. I told her about the scratches and she said oh it's just a few little scratches. DO NOT GO THERE!

I absolutely love the people that work in this office. From the doctors, Doctor Chamberland , Doctor Cote and Doctor Alex, thru the testing staff, receptionists, and the Optical shop. Everyone has always treated me with respect and the best of care. I would recommend this office to anyone for the best customer service in the area! Thank you for all your expertise and caring ways!

II too share in the fact that the receptionist at chamberlain eye care gave an attitude. I have never had the opportunity to sit in the chair to be examined and after the conversation this morning I feel blessed. I was told " I wasted their time" I brought up my medical file three weeks ago and after being told this morning I'm not a good candidate for the office I told that's ok I have and appointment else where. She began to tell me I was wasting their time looking over my file. Yes lady I should wait three weeks for you to let me know if I'm worthy. I am blessed to have dodged that bullet It is very admirable that you defend your staff but if you think I made up that your receptionist said "I wasted your time". You are delusional. I have worked in customer service for thirty two years and was just speaking about your office help this morning to a manager of a business and her response was she would have been fired. I took my medical files to more than one office because of being in immediate need of a dr where I have an eye issue. So when your receptionist said I was not a candidate my only comment to her was "that's ok I have an appointment else where". That is when I received the attitude and was told I wasted your time. I was not the least upset I didn't get an appointment with this office. You do you doc and if that's covering for your help you go for it. I only tell people what happened in my experience. And I have absolutely no need to make anything up.

At my routine appointment with Doctor Chamberland . She saw the beginning stages of macular degeneration in my right eye. Because of her diagnosis, I was able to get the recommended treatment with the best of results. I am very grateful for her expertise. I would highly recommend her office for the best eye care.

Very rude and took advantage of a special needs person by charging double on a two vision test. Even our insurance company recommend that we no longer go there. I would not recommend the staff to work for any customer service position anywhere.
